Day 82 - Legs & Back with Ab Ripper X

....Workout....

I couldn't help but smile through today's workout. Knowing that all I have left is Kenpo, Stretch, and a recovery week is an amazing feeling. I feel like I'm up by 7 late in the 4th quarter with the ball. All I have to do is focus and run out the clock to finish off the game. I really can't believe what I've been able to accomplish. Almost there!


....Diet....

Breakfast:
